What should I expect during the virtual style consultation?

It’s a fun and informative experience! You’ll meet with an expert stylist one-on-one over video chat, who will guide you through our entire process online from start to finish. First, we’ll help you set up an account. Then, we’ll offer guidance and support on how to take your own measurements (you’ll need a measuring tape and ideally, a friend to help). Finally, the stylist will assist you with fabric selection and help you design a custom garment that’s perfectly suited for you.

    A Stylist will help make sure your measurements are spot on, step by step.
  • Build Your Outfit Together:
    Get professional style advice on how to design the perfect custom outfit.
  • A Trained Eye on final Fit
    Get a fit assessment from an expert once your garments arrive, live on video.

Does it cost money?

The virtual style consultation itself is 100% free! Just pay for what you decide to purchase.

How long does an appointment take?

Appointments usually take about 30 – 45 minutes, although it can be longer or shorter depending on what you’re hoping to accomplish and how much you’d like to learn about styling your outfit.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We suggest that you wear a well-fitting t-shirt and a pair of light trousers (joggers are great), so you can take an accurate set of measurements. as close to the body as possible.

What do I need to prepare in advance?

Excellent question! Here are some things to have on hand to set yourself up for a successful appointment:

  1. A soft tape measure (an absolute must so that you can record your measurements.
  2. Someone there to help you take measurements would be ideal.
  3. A computer with a webcam or a smartphone that you can prop up or place on a tripod (download the Zoom Video Conferencing app in advance).
  4. A location in your home or office with good lighting and enough space for you to be comfortable and for the camera to see your whole body.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment time?

You can change or cancel your appointment time at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. To do so, simply find your appointment confirmation email and use the buttons to cancel or reschedule.

How long do I have to wait until I receive my order?

We’ve improved our delivery times. For most products, your order will typically arrive in 2-3 weeks. Certain products, like our Harris Tweed collection and full canvas suits, can require one extra week of time due to the additional hand-tailoring work required.

I’m in London, can I come to visit you in person?

Can I book an appointment even if I’m buying a standard size suit?

Sure, we welcome you to book an appointment if you need help choosing the right size. Prepare yourself with the thing mentioned above as we will ask you to take measurements to help us get you the right size.
