Bespoke (pronounced bee-SPOHK) is a term used in the United Kingdom and elsewhere for an individually- or custom-made product or service. Traditionally applied to custom-tailored clothing, it is mainly used in the suits and formal wear lines can be applied to anything that is specially handcrafted to fit a specific individual.

Yes, no doubt about it. By following the instructions in our SUIT MEASUREMENT GUIDE and using a tape measure, you can get accurate measurements. As an alternative, you can always go to your local tailor or dry cleaner for measurement taking if you feel more comfortable with that approach. You can also book an appointment with us and someone will get in touch to arrange a home consultation to take your measurement for a small fee. Our London shop is open Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm for walk-ins where we can get you measured by one of our experienced, trained staff. Please Note that Saturdays are by appointment only. We visit inner and outer London, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Essex. However, please contact us with your address and someone will advise if we can visit your area. You can visit our shop anytime during working hours.
All suits are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items. All new orders are subject to the current production period. Delivery times are up to 35 days. However, if you order standard sizes, it might be quicker. If you are against time, please let us know and we'll do our best to help you. Our suits are individually handmade based on the specific style of each customer. However, we can tailor your garment to any standard you require, while still providing the same handmade quality standard. A carefully tailored suit from J&W is guaranteed to fit your body contours.
You will only have to pay the travel cost. This will be calculated when we have your full address. This must be paid upon appointment being made. After the appointment is booked, someone will give you a call to arrange a suitable time. A 24 hour notice period must be given prior to changing an appointment, or your money will not be refunded.
Generally, it takes up to 6 weeks to make your suit. We state 30-35 Days to allow for delays in the post. Custom made suits will take up to 45 days. If you are in hurry to get your suit or have a last minute event, please contact us before you order so we can discuss it and see whether we can accommodate your request. For weddings, corporate and big groups, please email us for a great deal.
We are able to offer such low prices because we are tailor-made partners and we have the right infrastructure in place to support our suit manufacturing for our clients. Our aim is to put our suits out there for everyone to experience the sheer delight of ordering a custom made suit at a reasonable price. We look for a  reasonable profit margin as we enjoy the satisfaction our customers get from experiencing our top quality and high-class suits. We do not deal with middlemen.
A Tailor Made Suit simply means that your suit is made specifically for you. From selecting your fabric to choosing your suit style from many options to the sizing of the suit which will be made exactly to your size, specially for you. Most people who are experts in suits will see straight away when you wear a tailor made suit.

Home Visit Appointment

We visit inner and outer London, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Essex. You will only be asked to pay the travel cost. However, please contact us with your address if you are outside our catchment area and someone will advise if we can visit your area.
We ship globally to all countries. We use the fastest and safest shipping companies like DHL, UPS and FedEx for International deliveries. We offer free express shipping on all UK orders over £500 (Excludes The Channel of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Dogs and The Scottish Highlands) The delivery to PO boxes, military addresses, APO/DPO is not possible. Please contact us before purchase if you are in Africa or South America
